The flavours of Garda

Bathing the coasts of three different regions - Lombardy, Veneto and Trentino - and thanks to its particular microclimate, Garda is a rich and varied territory from a food and wine point of view. In addition to typical Mediterranean products such as extra virgin olive oil, citrus fruits or wine, you can taste specialties such as saffron from Prevalle or that grown at the foot of Monte Baldo and the delicious lake fish.

In the gentle and bountiful land between the Alps and the Mediterranean, Groppello grapes are cultivated, expressing all the richness of the moraine hills. A stop in one of the many wineries in the area is a must.

The most precious extra virgin oil

Considered a DOP product, Garda oil is one of the most delicate and elegant extra virgin oils. We celebrate this golden nectar on our Il Colombaro farm by producing it with great passion and respect for the land.

Formaggella Tremosine

In the hinterland of Upper Lake Garda, Tremosine is produced, a soft, highly digestible cheese with a delicate mountain flavour. The area of the lake borders the production land of another noble dairy product: Grana.
